What is a FieldBouquet?
A FieldBouquet is an arrangement of flowers with a lot of different species in it. These bouquets are specially designed to give you the feeling of nature. It’s a bouquet you would pick yourself when walking in an open field with a wild variety of flowers and plants!

Can I change my subscription?
Your subscription bouquets will be sent out every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks as requested on our fixed shipping day of the week. However, if you want to change anything, you can do so by logging into your account. You find Account when you click in the left upper corner and select Account. After you log in you can find Manage Subscription behind the same button in the left upper corner and make the changes yourself. You can change the frequency or the size of your bouquet, and can also Pause or Resume your Subscription or change your delivery address or way of payment any time you like! 

Can I change the address or gift message?
It’s easy to update your address. Simply log into your account you find Account when you click in the left upper corner and select Account, and edit the delivery address. Any changes that you need to make should be made a minimum of 7 days before our next delivery.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We understand that situations can change, so we have made it easy for you to cancel your subscription if you need to. If the time has come to cancel your subscription, just log in at the menu in the left upper corner. Go to Manage Subscription under the same menu and select Cancel Subscription.

When do you take payment for subscriptions?
We’ll charge your credit card as soon as you make your first purchase and from then on you’ll be charged three days before the next bouquet arrives. You can always change the method of payment in Manage Subscription once you logged in. The flowers will arrive every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks and you can always change the date of the deliveries if you need to.

What is the difference between small, medium and large?
For each delivery, our Flower Team will design a bouquet for you using their favorite blooms inspired by our celebrity masterclass Creative Director Pieter Landman's bouquet designs you see in our online shop. Our bouquets are filled with all of our sizes and come in our specially designed vase.

The medium size is our standard bouquet chosen. It's full and will give you a nice experience every time you receive this bouquet.

Our large subscription will amaze you, and the small bouquet is still a full bouquet and you will see it is still great for the affordable price!

What frequency of subscriptions will work for me?
The frequency of flower refills can be set to fit whatever your needs may be. If you want to always have the freshest flowers, you can choose the every 1 week delivery option. If you don’t mind that some flowers will look a bit old just before you receive a fresh one, you can choose the every 2 weeks delivery option.  We also have an every 3 or 4 weeks option if you need them less regularly.

What do I need to do when the flowers are delivered?
We arrange our bouquets for your convenience. Our FieldBouquets are specially made for our perfect fit vases. Fill the vase 1/3 with cold water and add the flower food that is delivered with the bouquet. When the flowers arrive, you unpack the bouquet, cut off half an inch of the bottom of the bouquet, remove the band and place the bouquet in the vase and enjoy!

Where do your flowers come from?
Our flowers are delivered fresh from our farms! All of our farms are Rainforest Alliance Certified™ which means we protect the environment, pay employees above-average wages, we provide access to education and healthcare and we also provide good working conditions.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses (not P.O. Boxes) in the continental US.

Do I need to sign for my FieldBouquet delivery?
No, we don't require a signature for delivery, but we do highly recommend that if you are not able to be present at the time of delivery that you have a neighbor or friend accept your bouquet box for you, bring it indoors, and get your flowers into water ASAP!  FieldBouquet.com will not be responsible for your flowers if you do not give them the required care within 24 hours of delivery. 

When can I expect delivery after I have placed my order?
Flowers and hard goods arrive within ten (10) days of initial order date.

How do I track my FieldBouquet subscription order?
When you order your flowers, you'll receive an email with a courier tracking number.

Do I get a new vase with every flower shipment?
You use the same vase that you received with your first order. Just wash it out with hot water and bleach or dish detergent so that your new refill flowers can have a clean home.  

Do I get the same flowers every time I get a subscription refill?
Certainly not! Our floral experts create new bouquets for every order so that your flowers are different every time and your arrangement is always a new experience.

How long will my flowers last?
Our flowers are shipped directly from our farm. If you cut half an inch of the bottom of the bouquet after the first 3 or 4 days and change the vase water, you can expect your flowers to last easily at a minimum 7-10 days.

Can I choose flower type or color for the flower arranging subscriptions?
Just leave the curating of flowers to us! Our experts will curate seasonal flowers that fit the style of FieldBouquet so that you receive only the freshest and most current flowers. It will be a wonderful surprise for you every time!
